LEGAL

These are the plain-language terms for using KennethJackson.Tech. Last updated July 24, 2026.

What this site is

KennethJackson.Tech is the professional site of Kenneth Jackson (itK-Tech, Amarillo, Texas): a portfolio, a blog, an occasional live stream from the studio, and a way to get in touch. Nothing is sold directly on this site, and using it does not create a client, employment, or agency relationship. Engagements are agreed separately, in writing.

Using the site

You may browse, read, link to, and share what's published here. You may not scrape the site at abusive volume, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, misrepresent your identity in the contact form, or use any part of the site to send spam. That's the whole list — behave like a guest in a working shop.

The voice assistant

The "Talk to Della" widget connects you to an AI assistant. It is provided as-is, as a convenience: it can be wrong, it can mishear you, and nothing it says is a quote, a commitment, or professional advice. Conversations are processed by a third-party speech provider to make the feature work, and calls are capped at five minutes. Anything you need on the record, send through the contact form instead.

Content and intellectual property

All text, photographs, video, audio, and code samples on this site are original works by Kenneth Jackson unless otherwise credited, and remain his property. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. Republishing whole posts, images, or media without written permission is not allowed. Open-source code linked from this site carries its own licenses, which govern.

Live stream and embeds

The live stream and other embedded media are served by their platforms (YouTube and similar) under those platforms' own terms. What happens live is live — the stream may include unedited work in progress.

No warranties

The site, its content, and the voice assistant are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content may be out of date, projects described here may change or be discontinued, and features — especially anything marked Labs or in development — may break or disappear without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenneth Jackson and itK-Tech are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the voice assistant. If you rely on something published here for a decision that matters, verify it first — or better, ask directly.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Potter County, Texas.
