Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. They are not sold, shared with third parties, or added to any marketing lists. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to carry out the conversation.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics scripts that fingerprint visitors. Basic server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent) are retained for operational and security purposes and are not linked to individual identities.

Images and media

All photographs, videos, and audio on this site are original works by Kenneth Jackson unless otherwise credited. People appearing in performance galleries are photographed in public or semi-public professional settings. If you appear in an image and would like it removed, please use the contact form.

Third-party services

Hero and gallery images are served through Supabase storage. Video embeds load from their respective platforms (YouTube, Vimeo) under those platforms' own privacy terms. Contact form submissions route through an email provider. No data is shared with any party beyond what is technically required to deliver the site to you.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any information submitted through the contact form, or request its deletion, by sending a note through the same form. Requests are honored within a reasonable time.
