The problem
One operator, five jobs at once.
Live production wants a video switcher, an audio engineer, a note-taker, and somebody actually doing the show. In a one-person studio, the show is what loses. Most small studios solve this by not going live at all.
The project
Teaching the studio to watch itself.
Supervision and Giotto are Labs projects — in active development at The Woodshed, built in the open, not finished products. We're wiring ATEM video, studio audio, and speech-to-text into one supervisor that watches the room so the operator can work. Giotto is the sibling project: it's learning to assemble thirty-second launch videos from a site's own published pages — hook, site, offer, sign-off — scored from its own music library, in every aspect ratio a platform wants.
Where it's headed.
This is a project announcement, not a product page. The pieces that work already run our own shop — when the light's on, the stream you're watching goes through the rig that's being built.
