Operational Systems & Client Portals
A full operational stack — public site on the front, business platform on the back, member-only Client Portal in the middle.
Some businesses don't just need a site — they need a system. When your customers want to log in and see their own data, when your invoices need to flow into real accounting, when your appointments need to trigger SMS, you've outgrown a marketing site.
Operational Systems is the full stack:
- A public-facing storefront with the same design-first treatment as a Web Development build.
- A business platform on the back — work orders, invoices, vehicles and assets, scheduling, accounting, customer communications, payroll adapters, vendor and parts catalogs.
- Client Portal mounted on the site — your customers sign in and see their own work orders, invoice history, next appointment, vehicle records. Everything scoped per customer, per shop.
- Auth, sessions, and roles handled properly. Staff and customers see different things. Permissions are not an afterthought.
The platform started as an auto repair SaaS and now runs on an industry-model architecture: Automotive, IT Services, and Agriculture are first-class. If your operation fits one of those, the back-office is already built. If it doesn't, we'll extend it.
Live today: kennethjackson.tech (our own dogfood build) and Craig's Automotive.
Not the right fit if: you just need a brochure site. That's Web Development, and it'll be faster and cheaper.
