Because we provide both physical/digital products and custom professional services, our refund policies vary by service type.

Shop Products
Digital Products
Digital products include software, audio plugins, sample packs, presets, templates, and other downloadable content.
Refund Period: 14 days from purchase date
Eligibility Requirements:
- Product has a technical defect that prevents its intended use
- Product was significantly misrepresented in its description
- You have contacted us to attempt to resolve the issue before requesting a refund
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incompatibility with your system (if system requirements were clearly stated)
- Products purchased during sales or promotional periods marked “final sale”
- Products that have been substantially used beyond initial testing
Process: Contact us within 14 days with your order number and description of the issue. We may offer technical support, replacement files, or a refund at our discretion.
Physical Products
Physical products include hardware, merchandise, or any shipped items.
Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- All accessories and documentation are included
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items missing parts or accessories
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for valuable items.
Refund Amount: Original purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless item was defective or we made an error). Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Professional Services
Professional services include software development, audio/video production, IT support, and consulting work.
Development Services
Custom software development, WordPress development, iOS/macOS app development, and audio plugin development.
Deposit Policy:
- Project deposits (typically 50%) are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Deposits secure your project timeline and cover initial planning and setup work
- If we cancel the project before starting work, deposits are fully refundable
Milestone Payments:
- Milestone payments are non-refundable once that milestone’s deliverables have been approved
- If you are not satisfied with a milestone, we will work with you to address concerns before payment is required
- Significant changes to project scope may require new agreements and pricing
Project Cancellation:
- You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice
- You will be invoiced for all work completed to the cancellation date
- Deposits and paid milestones are not refunded
- Any work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state
Satisfaction Guarantee: We work iteratively with review periods built into the development process. If deliverables don’t meet agreed specifications, we will revise them at no additional cost within the scope of the original agreement.
Production Services
Audio recording, video production, live event production, mixing, and post-production work.
Studio Time and Recording Sessions:
- Studio time is booked in advance and paid at time of booking or upon session completion
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows: Full session fee charged
- Emergency situations handled case-by-case with flexibility
Post-Production Work:
- Payment due upon delivery of final files
- Minor revisions included within scope (typically 2 rounds of revisions)
- If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will discuss revisions or partial refunds based on the specific situation
- Once final files are delivered and approved, payment is non-refundable
Live Event Production:
- 50% deposit required at contract signing (non-refundable)
- Cancellations 30+ days before event: Deposit forfeited, no additional charges
- Cancellations 15-29 days before event: 75% of total contract due
- Cancellations within 14 days of event: Full contract amount due
- Weather-related cancellations: Rescheduling offered when possible, fees case-by-case
IT Services and Technical Support
Hourly Support:
- Billed after services are performed
- If an issue cannot be resolved, we will work with you to find a solution or adjust billing accordingly
- Time spent on troubleshooting is billable even if the issue is not fully resolved
Retainer Agreements:
- Monthly retainers are paid in advance
- Unused hours do not roll over unless specified in your agreement
- Refunds are not provided for unused retainer hours
- Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days written notice
Project-Based IT Work:
- Follows the same deposit and milestone structure as development services
- Work guaranteed to meet specifications or we will make it right
Consultations and Appointments
- Initial Consultations: Free 30-minute consultations have no refund considerations
- Paid Consultations: Must be canceled 24+ hours in advance for full refund
- Late Cancellations: Subject to 50% cancellation fee
- No-Shows: Full consultation fee charged
Defective Work or Service Issues
If you believe delivered work or services are defective or do not meet agreed specifications:
- Contact us immediately with specific details about the issue
- Provide examples, screenshots, or documentation of the problem
- Allow us a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue
- We will work with you to either fix the problem or reach a fair resolution
We are committed to delivering quality work and will make good-faith efforts to resolve any legitimate quality concerns.
Refund Processing
Approval Process:
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days
- You will receive email confirmation of approval or denial
- If denied, we will explain the reason and discuss alternatives
Payment Method:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- PayPal/Venmo/Cash App refunds process within 1-3 business days
- Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days
Partial Refunds:
In some situations, we may offer partial refunds when:
- Work was partially completed before cancellation
- Products have minor defects but are still usable
- Services were provided but did not fully meet expectations
- Both parties agree to a negotiated settlement
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks have significant impacts on small businesses, and we are committed to working with you to resolve issues fairly.
If a chargeback is filed without attempting to resolve the issue with us:
- We will provide evidence of delivered services/products to the payment processor
- Account access may be suspended pending resolution
- Future services may require payment in advance
Gift Purchases
If an item was purchased as a gift:
- The gift recipient may return the item according to our standard return policy
- Refunds will be issued as store credit to the recipient or refunded to the original purchaser, at our discretion
- Digital gift products are generally non-refundable once accessed
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for physical products of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase. The original item must meet our return eligibility requirements. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will pay the difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will issue store credit for the difference.
Digital products cannot be exchanged but may be eligible for refund if they meet defect criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a physical product that arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- Do not discard packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim
- We will replace the item or provide a full refund including shipping costs
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents after delivery.
Sale and Promotional Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund
- Sale items may be exchanged for store credit within return period if unused and in original condition
- Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases
- Bundle deals are treated as single transactions for refund purposes
How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
- You will receive return instructions if approved
- Do not ship physical returns without authorization
Step 3: Complete the Return (Physical Products)
- Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible
- Include your order number in the package
- Ship to the address provided in your authorization
- Retain tracking information for your records
Step 4: Refund Issued
- Physical products: After we receive and inspect the return
- Digital products and services: After review and approval
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Warranty and Guarantees
Development Work: We guarantee that custom development work will function as specified in the project agreement for 30 days after final delivery. Bug fixes within this period are provided at no charge. After 30 days, maintenance and support may be billed separately.
Digital Products: We ensure digital products are free from defects and match their descriptions. Technical support is provided to resolve any issues.
Physical Products: Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. We will facilitate warranty claims with manufacturers.
Limitations
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
In no event shall our total liability for refunds exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
