Payment Terms
Development Projects
- Deposit: 50% due upon project approval
- Milestone Payments: As outlined in project agreement
- Final Payment: Due upon project completion and approval
Production Services
- Studio Time: Payment due at time of booking or upon session completion
- Live Events: 50% deposit at contract signing, balance due day of event
- Video/Audio Post-Production: Payment due upon delivery of final files
IT Services & Technical Support
- Hourly Support: Invoiced monthly for active support contracts
- Project Work: Payment upon completion
- Retainer Agreements: Invoiced monthly in advance
Shop Purchases
- Payment due at time of purchase through WooCommerce checkout
- Digital products delivered immediately upon payment confirmation

Net Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:
- Invoices are due upon receipt
- Net 15 terms available for established business clients
- Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
