Initial Consultation (Free – 30 minutes)
Discuss your project, technical needs, or creative vision. I’ll help determine the best approach and provide a preliminary assessment with no obligation.
Best for: New clients, project exploration, scope discussions, technical assessments
Project Planning Session (60-90 minutes)
Deep dive into project requirements, technical specifications, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap and detailed proposal.
Best for: Software development projects, website builds, audio plugin development, large-scale production work
Technical Support Session (30-60 minutes)
Focused troubleshooting for WordPress issues, macOS/iOS problems, creative software configuration, or systems administration needs.
Best for: Existing clients, specific technical problems, software troubleshooting, performance optimization
Studio Session at The Woodshed (2-8 hours)
Recording, mixing, live streaming setup, video production, or creative collaboration in a professional studio environment with extensive modular synthesizer and production equipment.
Best for: Audio recording, video production, live streaming events, equipment rental, creative sessions
Creative Technology Consultation (60 minutes)
Discuss modular synthesis systems, audio plugin development, creative coding, live electronic music performance, or custom audio hardware design.
Best for: Musicians, audio developers, creative technologists, modular synthesis enthusiasts
Booking System (Beta)
The online appointment booking system is currently in beta testing. While you’re welcome to book directly through the system below, you can also:
- Email: Schedule via the contact form
- Client Portal: Active clients can request appointments through the client portal
- Phone: Call to discuss availability (number provided to active clients)
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to open that time slot for other clients who may need assistance.
- 24+ hours notice: Full flexibility to reschedule, no penalties
- Less than 24 hours notice: May incur a cancellation fee for studio bookings or scheduled on-site visits
- No-shows: Subject to full session fee
Emergency situations are always handled with understanding and flexibility.

Time Zone Note
All appointments are scheduled in Central Standard Time (CST/CDT). Amarillo, Texas observes daylight saving time, so please account for any time zone differences when booking.
